To qualify for Full Retirement:
- You must be 65 or older with at least 5 years of service or
- You must be 60 or older with at least 20 years of service or
- You must be 50 or older with at least 30 years of service
To qualify for Early Reduced Retirement:
- You must be at least 55 with at least 5 years of service or
- You can be any age (less than 50) with at least 30 years of service
